Protective Sleeves

It's crazy all the things our phones can do these days (besides actually making phone calls). I fought the urge to upgrade my basic cell phone for many years and that's an accomplishment I was quite proud of.

I'd never thought I'd turn into "one of those guys" yet I broke down a few months back and purchased a Droid X by Motorola. Now like everyone else, I can't be separated from my phone and sadly that includes when I'm on the water now too. These powerful tools are just too addictive to leave behind.

I'm a careful guy, but I still wanted to look into ways to protect my phone from water, sand, sunscreen and whatever else it might come in contact with when I head out on my boat. I found some products that were great for protecting my phone, but actually trying to use it while it was in this protective case was nearly impossible. I needed something foolproof, yet still functional.

I decided to try RingerWraps, although it seemed like this product was too simple to be effective. Turns out I was wrong. The protective and disposable sleeves keep your phone safe and dry, plus you can still dial, talk, text, use your touch screen and listen to your tunes. I was truly amazed when my phone rang while we were taking photos of the RingerWraps and I was still able to hear just as clearly with my phone in the sleeve.

For $9.99 you get five clear disposable sleeves and depending on your phone there are actually three different sizes. For my Droid I went with the large size and it worked the best for me.
