Florida boaters who participate in at least two of three boat parades on Florida's Treasure Coast are eligible for a new "Best of the Treasure Coast Award."
The boat with the most accumulated points in the Vero Beach Christmas Boat Parade, the Martin County Parade and the St. Lucie County Parade will win a $1,000 cash award.
The award will be presented at the conclusion of the St. Lucie County Parade.
The Vero Beach Parade is scheduled for 6 p.m. Dec. 1. The Martin County Parade is set for 6 p.m. Dec. 2, and the St. Lucie County Parade is 6 p.m. Dec. 9.
