May 2007 News

Honda Marine is extending its True 5 limited warranty to 40- through 225-hp outboards purchased through participating dealers between April 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008.

In addition, True 5 will be offered on 2- through 30-hp models purchased between May 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008. The move to include these models extends Honda Marine's True 5 warranty to its entire product line.

"With three consecutive recognitions from J.D. Power and the [National Marine Manufacturers Association] for outstanding customer service, extending True 5 to include our full range of reliable, fuel-efficient outboards affords Honda Marine customers an unparalleled level of award-winning dealer support," John Fulcher, senior manager, Honda Marine, said in a statement.

Honda Marine, a division of American Honda Motor Co. Inc., manufactures and markets a complete range of outboard marine engines. Its product line is powered exclusively by environmentally advanced 4-stroke engines.
