Manitou hiring open-market representatives

June 2009 News

Lansing, MI- Over the past year the marine industry has faced unprecedented challenges; instability and uncertainty surround many of the companies that were previously seen as industry leaders. For 25 years Manitou Pontoon Boats has steadily grown under the private ownership of one family.  In recent years Manitou received national recognition for its patent pending V-Toonr Hull and has been recognized by several organizations for excellence in customer satisfaction.  "Our conservative business model for growth and numerous competitive advantages have positioned Manitou to not only survive this downturn but to grow intelligently when the uptick begins" said Scott VanWagenen, President of Manitou.

With this future growth in mind Manitou is currently hiring representatives for open markets around the country. Manitou is also looking for strong dealers wanting to position themselves with a financially sound builder.
