Yamaha Marine launches mobile websites

April 2011 News
KENNESAW, Ga. - Yamaha Marine Group recently launched mobile versions of its V MAX SHO websites.

"Our research tells us that a growing number of Yamaha outboard customers are using smart phones," Frank Wilhelm, Yamaha Marine Group Advertising Manager, said in a release. "They are using mobile digital devices to access the existing V MAX SHO and V6 Offshore websites. We wanted to make sure we are providing the best service possible for them."

Yamaha Marine says it relied on research to identify the most valuable content within the existing V MAX SHO and V6 Offshore micro sites and has converted these areas - Features & Benefits and Blogs - to the mobile platform. In addition, the mobile sites feature links to the dealer locator, videos and full-site content.
