Monterey Boats awards top dealers on customer satisfaction

WILLISTON, Fla. - Monterey Boats named the Top 10 ranked dealers on their Customer Satisfaction Index for the model year 2011. The dealers are ranked on the marks on returned surveys for both the customer's sales experience and service experience at the dealership.

The National Marine Manufacturer's Association (NMMA) administers the survey, with statistical data provided by Avala Marketing Group.

This year's top ten were as follows:

2. BAYVIEW YACHT HARBOR- Ontario, Canada
3. BILL'S MARINE- Portsmouth, Virginia
4. LIGHTHOUSE HARBOR MARINA- Greentown, Pennsylvania
5. CAPTAIN'S MARINE - Kalispell, Montana
6. McMILLAN MARINE- Rochester, New York
7. NORTH FLORIDA YACHT SALES- Jacksonville, Florida
8. DON HYDE MARINE- Ontario, Canada
9. PATSY'S BAY MARINA- Stony Point, New York
10. SEMPER SPEED AND MARINE - Madera, California
