PDB Hits 20K!

Published in the September 2013 Issue September 2013 News

Pontoon & Deck Boat magazine recently hit a huge milestone when the 20 thousandth person liked our Facebook page. Reaching this number proves the power and impact this magazine has in the pontoon and deck boat industries and the entire team has been excited to watch the pontoon-loving community grow. Our Facebook page is an important part of how we communicate with all of you and we enjoy engaging with readers through this outlet. If you haven’t liked our Facebook page, you’re missing out on great boating interaction and pictures of pontoon and deck boats that they can’t see anywhere else.

More than Facebook, PDB magazine is taking on digital media with a brand new website. We’ve recently partnered with Manwaring Solutions to introduce a refreshed look at www.pdbmagazine.com. Watch for it because it’s coming soon.

“Social media is a small part of what we do overall, but it’s an excellent gage to show how we are doing,” says publisher Greg Larsen. “At one time, the web felt like a threat to our core business but now it gives us so much more opportunity. We still cover the pontoon and deck boat niche like no other.”

Along with our Facebook page, Pontoon & Deck Boat magazine is active on other social media platforms such as Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. Hopefully we’ll see you all there.
