Mercury Marine Announces Major Expansion in British Columbia

December 2015 Industry, News Web Exclusive

Mercury Marine has opened a brand-new facility in Langley, British Columbia. Both Mercury Marine Canada and Land ‘N’ Sea Canada will call the 50,000-square-foot facility home, and it will serve as home base for the Mercury’s dealer network in the Western Canadian Region.

“This new facility will help us better serve our customers across all of Canada,” said Georges Jalbert, general manager for Mercury Canada. “Having the ability to expand the market to the western half of the country and provide immediate attention to our customers is paramount to our growth and our success in Canada. This is an exciting time for Mercury Marine. As we close out 2015, we continue to grow and continue to look for ways to better serve our customers. This facility in British Columbia allows us to do that.”

The facility opened its doors this past Monday, December 14. Before this facility was completed, all goods had to be shipped from Milton. With the new facility in place, Mercury can serve their customers’ needs much more quickly.
