Stay Healthy While Boating

March 2020 News

While we’re all doing our part to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID‑19), here are a few tips for protecting yourself while enjoying a day out on the water.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces like railings, handles, armrests, steering wheels and sinks.
  • Use hand sanitizer, or if your boat offers a sink, wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes, and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
  • If you or someone in your family or group isn’t feeling well, stay home.
