Yamaha Addresses Supply Chain

“Due to the global pandemic, 2020 was a very challenging year for everyone,” Speciale says in the introduction to the video. “We entered 2021 hopeful that supply would be sufficient to meet the higher level of demand. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The long-term effects of the pandemic along with other new challenges continue to slow supply-chain recovery and slow the progress that we had planned.”

Speciale goes on to describe the unprecedented global circumstances that Yamaha and most marine manufacturers are facing, and how the situation has affected getting product to market.
