Hurricane Receives NMMA Marine Industry CSI Award

February 2022 News

Hurricane deck boats, legendary innovator in versatile deck boat designs, recently announced it has been recognized for a National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. The award, given for superior customer satisfaction throughout the year, was announced on Friday, February 18th during the Innovation Awards Breakfast at the 2022 Progressive Insurance Miami International Boat Show. This is Hurricane’s sixth award for customer satisfaction.

“We are grateful to our Hurricane customers for their loyalty and support and to the NMMA for managing this program,” said Heather Roush, Director of Customer Service, Godfrey Marine. “The only way a brand can succeed in these competitive times is to deliver exactly what the boating community is looking for. The CSI program not only judges how well we meet these needs, but where we can improve. We look forward to participating again this year.”

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.
