PDB Tested: Waterless Wash And Wax

No hose or bucket needed

“No hose or bucket needed.” That's all I needed to hear and I was instantly intrigued by the Waterless Wash and Wax product from SRD20. A single application with no hoses, buckets, water or scrubbing required sounded perfect to me, yet I wasn't sure how it would work on the exterior of a pontoon boat. At $22.99 for a 16-ounce bottle though, I felt it was worth the risk and the gamble paid off.

The powerful, cutting-edge ceramic formula specifically designed for boats cleans and protects gelcoat, windows, plastic, paint, and metal surfaces and removes dirt and grime while leaving behind a durable protective ceramic layer. Plus it has a nice smell to it.

I started with the outboard cowling to remove those pesky water drops then moved to the side panels of the pontoon with outstanding results. I just sprayed a small section with a liberal amount then wiped using a microfiber cloth and buffed dry. It's really that simple. I ended up “detailing” the entire boat, and even though it took nearly the entire 16-ounce bottle to do it, the boat has never looked better.
