Default ..bought in time to only contemplate 2015 Ohio boat season.

    1972 Crest 21'..1988 Merc 2-stroke 9.9..trailer - $1950

Will miss the metal roof with zip enclosure of my first pontoon, which afforded cozy warm, sleeping on those damp overniters, so roll-up side and end walls for bimini are what I plan so as to not add weight to the old girl. My city-owned central Ohio lake and their 22ft boat limit is what brought her to us.

    Default ..and as a sidenote

Do not attempt to pull such a rig with a Ford A4LD transmission. Fine at 35MPH, then hot and blowing all of its fluid at 55MPH. Mysterious to me is that, after cooled and refilled, this tranny performs normally with no leaking. While stymied as to the whys(relief valve?), I am fortunately not under the truck removing the tranny for rebuild.

    Default Currently in Columbus

We are shooting for Hoover Reservoir on north side of Columbus with its 10hp limit and great fishing AND boat docking "lottery"...will see how that plays out...first pontoon was docked at pristine Clendenning Lake in east Ohio, but a city dweller gots to do what he gots to do...greetings fellow Ohioan!

this 12 degree Ohio morn finds me rod holder shopping online...am thinkin' Home Depot has the makings for frugal form/function holders to maintain the catfish until I awaken to summer mornings on my pontoon

Thank you for reviewing and eventually allowing my few posts at PDB. As a 61 yr old legitimate pontoon-interested poster I believe I will take my online boating interest energies elsewhere since your delayed posting approvals aren't my cup of tea.
