Thread: Magazine question

  1. #1

    Default Magazine question

We are new to pontoons. Is it possible to get a free sample of the magazine? Who do we call for that info?

Thank you, but I prefer the magazine. I tried reading it on my iPod and it just did not work for me. Thank you.

Look at it on a computer so you can see what the mag is like.

Good suggestion Carl. I even found the paddle in the computer version in the link you posted but I had missed it in the hard copy.

    LadyGT welcome to the forum.

They had a free 3 issue promotion going a while ago, maybe we can get Brady to kick out one more. I'll send an email and see if I can get you a few issues.

That would be great! We just put a deposit down on a 2010 Cypress Cay so we are eager to learn as much as possible about these boats as well as where to shop for accessories. My husband is over the moon with this new boat!

Welcome to the pontoon family. What size, power on the Cypress Cay?

Brady Kay, the magazine editor, replied that he will be happy to get you a few free issues of the magazine. Please email him your contact information at blk@harrispublishing.com he will take care of getting the samples out to you. Use something like "Magazine samples for new forum member" on the subject line. If you don't hear back from him pretty quickly let me know.

Thank you! It is a 22' boat with a 115 Mercury engine. We initially thought a 90 would be fine, but when hubby saw this particular one, he had to have it. We are purchasing it used and have not seen it in person or had a test drive until Monday so I am not too excited yet.

I am sick with a cold at the moment so will follow up with the magazine when feeling better.

That is a perfect starter pontoon in my opinion. It's big enough to get all the folks on board and quick enough to not get boring.
