    Cool My First Pontoon

Never owned a boat (other than a Jet Ski), so I'm currently obsessed with discovering new things about them...which landed me here.

Although it's a 2017 model, it had a previous owner for the summer. I cannot wait to try this thing out on the water! No test drive, so I'm living on faith with this one. Winter is hard in ND, and long.

This is a Sylvan 2017 LZ LES, with Sea-Legs and a Merc 115 CT.

Welcome Jolly. Beautiful toon you bought. Should bring many hours of fun with the family. Can only get so many people of a Jet Ski. I like that is has the Sea Legs. Will come in real handy. I think the 115 HP will do very well too. Should be able to pull a tuber and possibly a light skier with it. Enjoy and lets hope for a short winter..

Welcome Jolly, I agree, that is a very nice looking rig you've got there.

Welcome aboard Jolly. Nice boat, definitely not the base model. I can smell that new boat aroma from here. Mmm.

    Hey Jolly Mon:

Welcome to the PDB forum. Very nice rig you have and I'm sure you will really enjoy it this summer.

Your pictures look nice and later in 2018 when the ice age leaves North Dakota please post some new ones in the water and your comments on pontooning.

I'll send you a copy of the digital fall issue of PDB Magazine. Look in your PM message area for the link.

    Default Welcome Jolly

I also just purchased 2018 Sylvan 8522 F&C not as pretty as your but I am working on it. One of the first upgrades was to get rid of the stern cleats and replace them with pop-ups just one less thing when boarding from stern to trip over.
    Good luck with her
