    Any suggestions on a trailerable pontoon cover.

    All the people that I know that use them had them made at a canvas shop.

    Generally the mooring covers I use are supposed to be OK for trailering however,
    it is my experience that unless you have cross-over straps you will get enough negative pressure to lift the cover.
    This is the same principal that allows airplanes to fly. Air travels over the top & negative pressure creates lift.
    I'll go with Cwag911 on this one. If you travel any distance and on a regular basis, go to a shop and have one made.
    Yes the cost is higher but if you have to replace other covers every 2 years it is really less expensive.
