    Default Excellent Magazine

As a recent pontoon boat owner having just finished our first season enjoying a pontoon boat, I subscribed to your magazine. As a sailboat owner and boater for more then 50 years I have subscribed to many boating publications.

That said, I just received my second issue of PDB Magazine. I felt the need to commend you on a FIRST CLASS publication. The content, photos, advertisements and quality of this publication are excellent.

Gil, welcome aboard and thanks for your kind words towards our publication. Enjoy your Sweetwater and hopefully we'll have an early spring so we can all get back out on the water again soon.

So Brady, are you coming to Lake Norman this year? Asking for a friend.

Tell your "friend" that we're in the process of making it happen. We're still involved in the LOTO one in September, but if we do another poker run that's not in Missouri it will be on Lake Norman. Your lake has always been one of my favorites and I think it would be perfect for a poker run. Once I get a firm answer and a date, I'll be sure to let you know.

We're probably not going to be involved with the official LOTO Shootout Poker Run this year. Teaming up with them was good from a promotional standpoint but it lost some of the appeal. We hold these poker runs to promote the pontoon lifestyle and bring people together for fun and the Shootout is ran more like a business if that make sense. We're actually working on something bigger (our own poker run again) but we haven't set the date or location yet as we're still working on the details. Stay tooned.
