Well, our marina is closed, our dealer is closed and we are sheltering in place. Sad situation but we do whhat we need to do to stay safe.

We are allowed to fish and use our boats in PA, and the launches at Raystown are open, but marine service is deemed non essential, so my shop is shut down. If the shelter order goes into May much, I look for them to close the launches, because people will not stay out of moored up groups, and the COE, and Fish Commisssion won't chase them around all day busting up groups, they'll just lock the gates. People are gearing up and prespending their stimulous windfall, I have quietly sold 2 engines and a project boat in the last 2 weeks. I am in the shop every day getting project engines ready, since there is no service work. Naturally I picked the very worst time to tear my shoulder up and had to have rotator cuff, and bicep tendon repaired on 02/28, so I am a one armed mechanic. The doc did my surgery and we found ourselves in the pandemic 2 weeks later, now we are televisiting and going to therapy in masks trying not to kill each other. The shoulder has to be rehabbed now or ir will seize up, fun times in Central PA.

Hey Larry - So sorry to hear about the shoulder and arm surgery. I hope the therapy & healing process goes quickly.
Thank goodness for electric starters Huh !! There is no good time to have an injury but look on the bright side and do the therapy.

Things have surely changed in everyone's lives with the current virus conditions. I only hope people do the right thing and help shorten the time frame.
You will come through this and some day we will look back at this time, remembering those who were less fortunate.

    Stay Safe.
