Chaparral Awards 2013 Scholarships

Chaparral Boats, Inc. and Robalo Boats LLC awarded over $40,000 in college scholarships to four graduating seniors within the Chaparral and Robalo family.

"We are proud to award scholarships helping students achieve their unique career paths," said Jim Lane, president of Chaparral and Robalo. "We feel that advanced education is important and support employees and their families as their sons and daughters continue their education."


Chaparral Boats, Inc. and Robalo Boats LLC have awarded over $300,000 to the sons and daughters of employees since 1996. The 2013 Scholarship Award Recipients are: Diana Downward, Jacob Downward, John T. Exum and Dylan Walker, all from Berrien County High School.

Jim Lane, Buck Pegg, and company staff congratulated each recipient and their parents during a luncheon in their honor that was held recently. (http://www.chaparralboats.com/)
