Is the Fourth of July Celebration the Greatest Boating Holiday?

It could be the smell of burgers on the grill, the annual water balloon fight or even the fireworks over the water. It's hard to argue that the Fourth of July is not one of the best holidays of the year. But does it rank number one? We asked those on the PDB home webpage to give us their opinions and the majority are in favor of any holiday that includes going out on a boat.
